Welcome to Pecy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the Pecy Team ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Pecy mobile application (the "App"), our official website pecy.life, and any related interactive services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, registering an account, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service and uninstall the App immediately.
CRITICAL NOTICE (AGE RESTRICTION):You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use our Service. Pecy is designed exclusively for a mature audience. Any access or use by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. If we discover an account created by a minor, it will be terminated immediately and permanently without notice.
1. Account Creation and Security
Account Eligibility: To access certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including passwords or third-party login authorizations) and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibition of Transfer: Your account is personal to you. You may not sell, rent, lease, share, or transfer your account or username to any third party.
Unauthorized Use: You must immediately notify us at service@pecy.life if you suspect any unauthorized breach of your account's security.
2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy
Because our Service allows real-time audio/video calls, text chat, and media uploads, we enforce a strict policy regarding User-Generated Content (UGC) to maintain a safe and respectful community environment.
A. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You explicitly agree that you will not post, stream, transmit, or share any content that:
Depicts Child Exploitation: Any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) is strictly banned (See Section 3 for enforcement).
Is Obscene or Pornographic: Contains explicit sexual acts, nudity, or highly suggestive services.
Promotes Hate or Violence: Incites hatred, discrimination, violence, or degradation against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
Constitutes Harassment or Bullying: Includes predatory behavior, stalking, threats, intimidation, or cyberbullying targeting other users.
Is Fraudulent or Deceptive: Promotes scams, phishing links, multi-level marketing (MLM), impersonation of other individuals, or unauthorized financial transactions.
Violates Intellectual Property: Infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, or privacy rights of third parties.
B. UGC Moderation and Enforcement
In strict compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, we deploy a combination of automated AI filtering systems and a 24/7 human moderation team. We reserve the right to:
Pre-screen, monitor, review, or delete any UGC that violates these Terms.
24-Hour Action Directive: Validated reports of objectionable content or severe violations will be permanently removed, and the offending user's account will be restricted or terminated within 24 hours.
C. Reporting and Blocking Mechanisms
The App provides built-in, easy-to-use safety tools:
Reporting: Users can tap the "Report" button on any user profile, live stream, or chat message to flag objectionable content.
Blocking: Users can immediately block any other user by selecting "Block" on their profile, which will cut off all communication and visibility between the two accounts.
3. Child Safety & Zero Tolerance Policy
We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding the safety of minors.
CSAM/CSAE Mandatory Reporting: If any user uploads, requests, or distributes Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), their account will be instantly banned, and all hardware identifiers will be permanently blacklisted.
We will immediately isolate the evidence and report the incident directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and global law enforcement agencies, cooperating fully by providing IP logs, registration info, and transaction records.
4. Virtual Items, Subscriptions, and In-App Purchases
Google Play Billing: All virtual items, coins, diamonds, and premium subscriptions purchased within the App are processed via the Google Play Billing System.
Limited License Only: Virtual items and subscriptions have no real-world monetary value and do not constitute private property. They represent a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use specific premium features within the App.
No Refunds: All in-app purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable unless required by local consumer protection laws or authorized under Google Play's refund guidelines. If you delete your account, any remaining virtual balance will be permanently forfeited.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Ownership: All materials inside the Service, including the App interface design, branding, logos, graphics, software code, databases, and audio/video frameworks, are owned by or licensed to the Pecy Teamand are protected by global intellectual property laws.
Your UGC License to Us: By submitting, posting, or streaming content through our App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Service.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, security, reliability, or error-free performance of real-time audio/video streaming.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Pecy Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of the Service or the conduct of other users.
7. Account Termination
Termination by You: You can terminate this legal agreement at any time by deleting your account through the in-app settings menu or by submitting an explicit deletion request via email to service@pecy.life.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, ban your device, or restrict your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, cause legal risk to the platform, or engage in fraudulent activities.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in our jurisdiction for resolution.
