Pecy is a 1-on-1 random interactive video matching and chat application committed to providing a safe, clean, and respectful communication environment. The absolute protection of children and the proactive eradication of child sexual abuse and exploitation within our app ecosystem represent our highest operational mandate.

This policy applies uniformly across all app features, modules, user journeys, and media interfaces within the Pecy client, including:

• Random 1-on-1 Video Matching: Live camera feeds, video stream frames, camera switching, and augmented reality filters;
• User Profiles & Personal Info: Profile avatars, cover pictures, display nicknames, personal introductions, status tags, and age declarations;
• Direct Communications & Chats: Real-time text messaging, voice messages, audio calls, shared media, stickers, and interactive virtual gifts.

2. Strict Age Limitation (18+ Adults-Only Rule)

Pecy is exclusively architected and operated as an adults-only application for individuals aged 18 and older. Minors (any person under the age of 18) are strictly prohibited from installing, registering, accessing, browsing, or utilizing any feature of this application.

• Mandatory Pre-Entry Attestation: Users must complete a mandatory age eligibility confirmation prior to finishing onboarding and entering match queues.
• Zero Account Creation Rights for Minors: No minor may hold an active profile, receive incoming connections, or initiate outgoing matches.
• Suspicion-Triggered Action: Any account showing signs, indications, or plausible evidence of belonging to an underage user is terminated immediately.
